How Sandoz Privilege Works?

  1. Membership is free and open to all diners at Sandoz.
  2. Members earn points on every in-restaurant dining bill based on the invoice value slab as defined in the 'Program Structure' chart. Minimum qualifying bill is Ôé╣ 1000 (excluding taxes & service charges).
  3. Points can be redeemed on dine-in bills only at participating Sandoz outlets in Delhi-NCR.
  4. A member may redeem Sandoz Privilege Points only once per calendar day, irrespective of the number of dine-in visits or transactions made on that day.
  5. Welcome Bonus Points are credited on successful registration.
  6. Welcome Bonus Points can be redeemed on first invoice after successful registration, irrespective of the bill amount, only if the member has registered using the official joining form available on the Sandoz website or by scanning the in-restaurant QR code.
  7. Welcome Bonus Points credited to members whose registration is completed by the Sandoz team at the time of billing can be redeemed only on the memberÔÇÖs next dine-in bill.
  8. Members earn Frequency Bonus Points upon completing the qualifying milestone of minimum 2 visits within 60 days, with each visit having an invoice value of Ôé╣1,000 or more.
  9. Frequency Bonus Points will be credited only once within a 60-day period, starting from the date of the first qualifying bill (Ôé╣1,000 or more).
  1. The next Frequency Bonus cycle shall commence only after the completion of the previous 60-day window, and not from the date of bonus credit.
  2. Multiple dine-in transactions on the same calendar day will be treated as one visit for Frequency Bonus eligibility; only visits on different dates will qualify.
  3. Birthday Bonus Points can be earned only once per calendar year and only on one dine-in visit during the member's birthday month, only if invoice value is Ôé╣1,000 or more (excluding taxes & service charges).
  4. Regular Points will also be awarded on the birthday bill if the amount payable is Ôé╣1000 or more (excluding taxes & service charges).
  5. Bills paid through Zomato Gold, Swiggy Dine out, or any third-party dining platforms shall be eligible for earning points only if the net amount payable by the member after application of all offers and discounts is Ôé╣1,000 or more (excluding taxes & service charges).
  6. Points cannot be clubbed with ongoing discounts, coupons, special offers or third-party offers unless specified.
  7. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Points will expire if not redeemed within 6 months from the date of earning.
  9. Members must provide a valid mobile number to receive program updates.
  10. Misuse of membership, fraudulent activity or multiple accounts may lead to cancellation of loyalty membership.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. Sandoz Privilege is a rewards program designed to offer benefits based on eligible in-restaurant dining spends at participating Sandoz outlets in Delhi NCR.
  2. Sandoz reserves the right to modify, pause or terminate the program, benefits, offers, or point rules at any time without prior notice with updates published on sandozprivilege.com.
  3. Points are awarded on the bill amount (excluding taxes & service charges), subject to the minimum Ôé╣1000 qualifying spend rule.
  4. Each point accrued in the Sandoz Privilege loyalty program shall be deemed equivalent to Ôé╣1 for the purpose of redemption.
  5. Once you submit your birthday date, it cannot be changed. If there is an error in the submitted dates, you may request a correction. However, if the birthday points have already been availed, it cannot be claimed again in same calendar year.
  6. In case of system errors or failed crediting, Sandoz reserves the right to verify transactions before approving point adjustments.
  7. Sandoz is not responsible for delays in WhatsApp notifications due to network issues or third-party platform downtime.
  8. Points, rewards or benefits earned under the program hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gifts.
  9. Sandoz reserves the right to decline redemption if suspicious, fraudulent or non-qualifying transactions are detected.
  10. By joining, the member consents to receive program updates, offers and transactional messages.
  11. By joining the Sandoz Privilege Program, the member agrees to accept, adhere to, and abide by all program terms and conditions, including any updates or amendments made by Sandoz from time to time.
  12. In the event of membership termination--whether initiated by Sandoz or requested by the member--all accumulated reward points, benefits, and privileges shall become null and void with immediate effect. Sandoz shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to the member due to such termination.
  1. A member may opt out of the Sandoz Privilege Program at any time by writing to the program email at support@sandozprivilege.com.
  2. Program benefits may vary across different Sandoz outlets .
  3. Limitation of Liability
    1. No Consequential Damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business reputation, arising out of or in connection with the Sandoz Privilege Program.
    2. Liability Cap - In no event shall Sandoz's total aggregate liability to a Member for all claims arising out of or relating to the Program exceed the monetary value of the Loyalty Points actually held by the Member at the time the claim arose, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
    3. Service Interruptions - Sandoz assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to Member accounts.
  4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. Governing Law for the Privacy Policy and the terms of the Sandoz Privilege Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    2. Exclusive Jurisdiction Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Sandoz Privilege Program, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
    3. Amicable Resolution Before initiating any legal proceedings, the User and Sandoz agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

    2. Membership Data: Enrolment details, communication preferences
    3. Transaction Data: Dine-in bills, visit frequency, spend history, points earned/redeemed, qualifying transactions at Sandoz restaurants
    4. System Data: Login details, device information, and communication logs necessary for program operation
  2. How We Use Your Information

    Your information is used strictly for operating, managing, and improving the loyalty program, including:

    1. Creating and managing your Sandoz Privilege account
    2. Awarding points, bonuses, and offers
    3. Sending transactional alerts, updates, and membership communication
    4. Providing personalised offers based on your dining preferences and visits
    5. Improving program features, customer experience, and restaurant services
    6. Verifying transactions, preventing misuse, and ensuring program security

    We do not use your personal information for any purpose unrelated to the program without your consent.

    1. Authorised technology or service partners who help operate the loyalty program
